The 20-Year Mission to Find the Unfindable
Pool Leak Inspections was founded in 2004 by Mike, a licensed California contractor who got tired of watching homeowners get overcharged for guesses. Back then, most "leak detection" jobs meant ripping out decking, digging up pipes, and charging thousands — only to find the real leak was somewhere else.
We built the company around a different approach: use real equipment — sonar technology, pressure testing, dye tracing — to find the leak before any demolition happens. And if we can't find it, the homeowner owes nothing.
Two decades later, that guarantee still stands. Most of our work comes from word-of-mouth in Sherman Oaks, Encino, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, and across the Valley. Real estate agents keep us on speed-dial for pre-sale inspections. And homeowners trust us to give them the truth about what their pool actually needs — even when that means saying "your pool's fine, save your money."
