  • Basic log data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring site, and pages visited. This is standard traffic data collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) and is used for security, debugging, and high-level traffic analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your quote request or inquiry and schedule your inspection
  • Contact you about your appointment (call, email, or text)
  • Send follow-up messages related to the service you requested
  • Keep records of work performed, warranties, and estimates

3. SMS / Text Messaging

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your request. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us. Replying HELP will give you more information. Opting out of SMS will not affect other ways we contact you (phone or email).

4. Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this website and follow up with customers. Each one only receives the information it needs to do its job:

  • Vercel — hosts our website. Receives basic traffic/log data.
  • Formspree — processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to our email.
  • Google Fonts — serves web fonts for typography.
  • Email & phone provider — delivers emails, calls, and text messages to our business line.

These providers have their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may set basic, essential cookies for site security and functionality.

6. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions and customer records for as long as needed to service your request, honor warranties, comply with tax and legal recordkeeping requirements, and maintain our business records — typically up to 7 years. You can request earlier deletion (see "Your Rights" below).
