How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Pool Leak Inspections ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at poolleakinspections.com or contact us for pool leak detection services, how we use it, and the rights you have over that information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information only when you choose to provide it, or when it's automatically generated by standard web activity. Specifically:

Information collected automatically
- Basic log data โ IP address, browser type, device type, referring site, and pages visited. This is standard traffic data collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) and is used for security, debugging, and high-level traffic analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your quote request or inquiry and schedule your inspection
- Contact you about your appointment (call, email, or text)

3. SMS / Text Messaging
If you give us your phone number on the contact form or request a callback, you agree that we may contact you by phone call or SMS text message regarding your inspection or quote. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your request. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us. Replying HELP will give you more information. Opting out of SMS will not affect other ways we contact you (phone or email).
